Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour or add liners to 12 muffin tins. Mix the dry ingredients together, then the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients to the wets and mix until just combined.
  2. Spoon batter evenly into tins and bake for 18-22 minutes. Allow them to cool on a rack before storing.
